Yuri Katz, (also credited as Yurri Katz and Yuri Kattz) is a Ukraine-born American musician, arranger, and music producer.

Katz worked on different recording projects by Grammy nominated bassist Nathan East (horns arranger), DJ Felli Fel, Jamie Kennedy and Stu Stone (engineer, mixing), Grammy nominated artist - songwriter Howard McCrary,, rappers Chamillionaire, Ya Boy, and BooSkills, Latvian pop star Laima Vaikule, and others.

Born on July 15, 1973 to a musician mother and photographer father. After graduating music school as a woodwinds player Katz studied jazz and arranging at Gnessin State Musical College.

In 1999, Katz formed an electronica band named Access Denied with composer-keyboardist Anatoly Stolboff. They released a world music New Age album titled Intermesh.
