Club
In July 2017, Sentamu was cleared to play for Tirana in the Albanian First Division following the resolution of visa problems, having originally signed an agreement in January 2016. Yunus Sentamu marked a losing debut with his new Albanian club KF Tirana in the UEFA Europa Qualifiers at Maccabi Tel Aviv, losing 2-0. He started in the return leg of the UEFA Europa Qualifiers where he was red carded in the 45th minute. His team went on to lose 0-3, and eliminated in from the competition.
