Acting career
He started his acting career with Theatre in Lucknow. After achieving some fame in local media, he came to Mumbai to try his luck. For a year he gave numerous auditions but didn't get any work. He got his break with Chlormint advertisement and subsequently worked in about 47 ad films. He was spotted by director Shashank Bali who was working with F.I.R. TV serial on SAB TV channel. He worked in F.I.R. portraying various characters. He is popular on Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai! as Daroga Happu Singh for speaking Bundelkhandi dialect of hindi language.
