Ylber Latif Ramadani (born 12 April 1996) is a Albanian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Partizani Tirana in the Albanian Superliga.

Partizani Tirana

In December 2015 it was reported that Ramadani was to join Albanian Superliga side Partizani Tirana during the January transfer window, and he began training with the side before signing a three-year deal on 10 January 2016. However, the move was soon put on hold as KF Drita refused to release Ramadani, but the clubs were able to reach an agreement over the transfer and the move was made official one month later on 10 February.

Kosovo

Ramadani was called up at Kosovo national under-19 football team by coach Ramiz Krasniqi for a double-friendly match against Albania U19 on 13 & 15 October 2015. He scored in the first match in a 2–0 win.

He was also a member of the Kosovo U21 national team.

Albania

Ramadani received his first international call up at the Albania national under-21 football team by coach Redi Jupi for the 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualification match against Greece U21 on 2 September 2016. He debutted with Albania U21 against Israel U21 on 10 October 2016 playing the full 90-minutes match.

He was called up by a new coach Alban Bushi for a double Friendly match against Moldova U21 on 25 & 27 March 2017.
