Christy Yiu Kit-Ching (born 20 February 1988) is a Hong Kong long-distance runner. She competed in the marathon event at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing, China and the 2016 Olympic Games.

Yiu finished 39th in the women’s marathon at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, setting a new personal best and national record with a time of two hours 36 minutes and 11 seconds.
