Yishai Sarid (Hebrew: ישי שריד) is an Israeli author and novelist. His second book, Limassol, became a best-seller, the book became particularly popular after the assassination of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai in 2010. His fourth book, The Third, became a major subject of public and literary discussion in Israel. Sarid works full-time as an attorney, formerly as a public prosecutor and now privately.

Yishai sarid
Early life
Sarid was born in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1965. He is the son of senior politician and journalist Yossi Sarid.
He studied law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Sarid served as an officer in the Israeli Army.
