The State of Ying (Chinese: 英国) was a state of Ancient China.
History
During the Emperor Shun, Gaoyao was the Minister of Law, and subsequently became the Political Advisor during the Yu the Great. Gaoyao (皋陶) have a child named Boyi (伯益), he has job for flood control, Yu the Great give a Dengfeng around to the son of Boyi (伯益), thus started the State of Ying (英). Dengfeng is Yangcheng, this place are first capital of Xia Dynasty, and significant city in early Shang Dynasty.
