Yaritza Miguelina Reyes Ramírez (born December 17, 1993) is a Dominican actress, singer, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Dominican Republic 2013 and represented the Dominican Republic at Miss Universe 2013 in Russia. she also represented Dominican Republic at Miss World 2016 in the United States.

Biography
Yaritza was born to a very humble family, but that didn’t stop her from fighting for her dreams, she started to be involved in arts since she was 8 years old and on 2013 with 17 years old she became the 3rd afro-descendent to win the Miss Universe Dominican Republic and the first ever curly haired woman to win the National Pageant. She became one of the ambassadors of Miss Rizos (Miss Curls) Movement that seeks to empower young girl and women on different aspects of their lives. As well she´s worked with many nonprofit organizations and orphanages to help young girls learn about their own values and work for developing their dreams, just as she has.
2016 She Became the face of the Dominica Republic Fashion Show, same year she started two movies as a secondary Character, Tuberculo Presidente and OVNI.***
Miss Universe 2013
Reyes participated in the 62nd edition of the Miss Universe pageant. She competed to succeed outgoing titleholder, Olivia Culpo from United States, eventually finishing in the Top 10. The eventual winner was Gabriela Isler of Venezuela. She was the third woman of predominantly African heritage to represent the Dominican Republic in Miss Universe after Ruth Ocumárez in 2002 and Ada de la Cruz in 2009.
Reina Hispanoamericana 2013
Yartiza represented the Dominican Republic at Reina Hispanoamericana 2013 where she was Virreina. Alma Álvarez was originally set to do so but was unable to for unknown reasons.
Miss Mundo Dominicana 2016
At the astounding finale of Miss Mundo Dominicana 2016 held on June 18, 2016, Reyes was announced as the winner. and then represented Dominican Republic at Miss World 2016 in Washington, D.C..
Miss World 2016
She competed at Miss World 2016 on December 18, 2016 and placed 1st Runner-Up. She also placed Beauty with a purpose (Top 24) and Sport Competition (Top 24)
