Yana Toom (born 15 October 1966) is an Estonian politician and Member of the European Parliament from Estonia. She is a member of the Estonian Centre Party, part of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe.

In the 2015 Estonian elections, Toom finished third with 11,573 votes; however, she eventually decided to keep her seat in the European Parliament.

A member of the ALDE (Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe) political faction, she currently serves as her parliamentary group’s coordinator on the Committee on Culture and Education.
