Xiaohe Township (simplified Chinese: 小河乡; traditional Chinese: 小河鄉; pinyin: Xiaohe Xiang) is an rural township in Liuyang City, Changsha City, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China. As of the 2000 census it had a population of 13,352 and an area of 111.8 square kilometers.
