Xenia Fedorova (born December 26, 1980) is an international journalist, currently holding the position of the CEO of the full-service video news agency Ruptly, a member of the RT media family (Russia Today).

Biography
Xenia Fedorova started her career as a freelancer at the age of 18, working for different print and online news media outlets. She joined RT - a global multilingual television news network broadcasting from studios in Moscow and Washington - in 2005, as an international desk producer. At RT she launched and managed several start-up projects including the online free video platform RT FreeVideo.
Finalist of TEFI-2008 for the best coverage of Georgia- South Ossetia war (nomination "News Program").
Xenia earned an Executive MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership in 2014.

From February 2006 till March 2007 - Broadcast Journalist at RT.
From March 2007 till May 2009 - producer at RT.
From May 2009 till July 2012 - head of the media projects' promotion and development at RT.
From July 2012 till 2014 - head of RT Russian.
March 2014 till March 2015 - president of RT France.
May 2015 till March 2017 - manager director of Ruptly video news agency in Berlin, Germany.
Since March 2017 - managing again the RT office in Paris.
