History

XOJET was founded in 2006 as a private jet charter company with customers purchasing a set number of flight hours to use per year similar to Fractional ownership. From 2009 the company started to operate fixed-price one-way charters between major cities in the United States, at first between the east and west coasts but later extended to other cities.

Investors

XOJET is owned and controlled by TPG Capital and Aabar PJS, two of the world's largest private capital investors.

Fleet

XOJET owns and operates Bombardier Challenger 300 and Cessna Citation X jets.

Through a partner program, XOJET has access to about 1,000 on-demand private aircraft; available types include the Hawker 400XP, Hawker 800XP and Gulfstream V.

Services

The company offers a number of private jet charter programs that allow customers to choose their arrival and departure points, then book if the flight is available, or use a fixed-price charter on pre-defined routes when available.
