XEC-AM is a radio station in Tijuana, broadcasting on 1310 AM. It is known as Radio Enciso and carries a news/talk format.
History
XEC has been owned by the Enciso family for its entire history since the station's original concession was awarded to Luis E. Enciso in 1934. The Enciso family owns other radio stations in Baja California, which are managed by Grupo Audiorama Baja California, an affiliate of Radiorama.
The transmitter is located at 32° 31' 15" N, 117° 01' 16" W
