Architecture

Designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance, this residential structure is 137 metres tall with 44 floors and 437 suites. The retro-International style structure is clad with dark glass and was designed to pay homage to the German architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, designer of the TD Centre.

Phase two which will rise 49 floors with 470 suites is currently under construction.
