Wysoka [vɨˈsɔka] (formerly German Hochwalde) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Międzyrzecz, within Międzyrzecz County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Międzyrzecz, 43 km (27 mi) south of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 48 km (30 mi) north of Zielona Góra.
