History
The program began in 1973, with Bonnie Hulstrand leading the charge for her first and only year. Following Hulstrand's tenure, Margie Hunt McDonald led the charge for just under a decade.
NCAA Tournament
The Cowgirls have appeared in the NCAA Tournament 1 time. Their record is 0–1.
WNIT
The Cowgirls have appeared in the WNIT 7 times. Their combined record is 13–6. They won the tournament in 2007.
