Willie T. Miller (born April 26, 1947 in Birmingham, Alabama) is a former professional American football wide receiver who played seven seasons in the National Football League for the Cleveland Browns and the Los Angeles Rams.

He enrolled at Colorado State University in 1971 and went on to set every school receiving record by the time he graduated in 1974. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the 12th round of the 1975 NFL Draft. His low draft spot was presumably due to his advanced age of 28.
