Two congregations called Williamsville Christian Church exist in the United States.

One,also known as the Disciples of Christ Church, is a historic Disciples of Christ church located at Williamsville in Erie County, New York. It is a 2 12-story brick Italianate-style structure constructed in 1871 and remodeled in about 1900. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The other Williamsville Christian Church is part of the Christian Church brotherhood and located in Williamsville, IL. The church was originally called Fancy Prairie Christian Church before moving to Williamsville and thus changing the name of the church. The original brick building was constructed in 1904 CE and located 217 N Elm. That building burnt down in 1929, but the congregation raised the second building on the same site, and it lasted until 2009 when a tornado destroyed the facility. The church then moved locations to 201 N Old Rt 66 in Williamsville, and the first service was held on January 22, 2012 CE. The church's website is www.williamsvillechristianchurch.com
