William Hannum Wightman (born April 23, 1929; died February 28, 2017) was a member of the House of Commons of Canada during the 31st Canadian Parliament.

He was elected a Progressive Conservative Member of Parliament at the Scarborough West riding in May 1979 to serve in the short-lived minority government of Joe Clark. Wightman served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Labour. Before and after his election, he served several private-sector companies in senior industrial relations capacities, and as a member of the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
