William Robert "Bobby" Outten (born October 1, 1948 in Milford, Delaware) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives since January 11, 2005 representing District 30.

Outten earned his AA in business administration from Delaware Technical Community College.

Elections

  • 2004 When Republican Representative George Quillen retired and left the District 34 seat open, Outten was unopposed for the September 11, 2004 Republican Primary and won the November 2, 2004 General election with 4,644 votes (59.3%) against Democratic nominee Kimberly Robbins.
  • 2006 Outten was unopposed for the September 12, 2006 Republican Primary and won the November 7, 2006 General election with 3,521 votes (63.4%) against Democratic nominee Robert Price, who had run in 2004 but lost the primary to Robbins.
  • 2008 Outten was unopposed for both the September 9, 2008 Republican Primary and the November 4, 2008 General election, winning with 6,921 votes.
  • 2010 Outten was unopposed for both the September 17, 2010 Republican Primary and the November 2, 2010 General election, winning with 5,514 votes.
