Willard H. Chandler was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly and the Wisconsin State Senate.

Biography

Chandler was born on November 18, 1830 in Brattleboro, Vermont. He moved to Delavan, Wisconsin in 1854 and later resided in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Chandler died on March 24, 1901.

Career

Chandler was a member of the Assembly from 1861 to 1862 and again in 1870. He was elected to the Senate in 1863, where he would eventually become President Pro Tem. Chandler was a Republican.
