The Willamette River Festival is an annual festival held in Albany, Oregon, United States that Featuring BBQ Cook off, pie eating & rib eating contest, pirates, live entertainment, jet ski demonstrations, and pirate themed carnival games along the Willamette River. The festival is head every year around the end of July to the beginning of August and is sponsored by Bi-Mart
