Wierzbno, West Pomeranian Voivodeship

Wierzbno [ˈvjɛʐbnɔ] (German Werben) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Warnice, within Pyrzyce County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) west of Warnice, 12 km (7 mi) north of Pyrzyce, and 30 km (19 mi) south-east of the regional capital Szczecin.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement.
