White throated quail dove zentrygon frenata
The white-throated quail-dove (Zentrygon frenata) is a species of bird in the family Columbidae. It was formerly considered part of the genus Geotrygon. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. At 28–32 cm (11–13 in) long and a weight of 305 grams (10.8 oz.), this is the largest quail-dove and is one of the larger South American pigeons.
