White Chimneys is a historic home located at Salisbury Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It is a 2 1/2-story, five bay building of stuccoed limestone. It is topped by a gable roof with dormers. It was built in four sections. The oldest section was built about 1720, and served as a tavern. A two-room addition was built in 1790, and a large Federal style addition in 1807. The west wing was added in 1923, and includes a ballroom. As of December 26, 2006, the mansion is maintained as a private residence. The grounds and formal gardens are open to the public by appointment. In most recent years, the property has gained popularity as an elegant wedding ceremony and reception venue. The bank barn and pastures are utilized for horses.
