West berkshire community hospital criticised
West Berkshire Community Hospital is a small hospital in West Berkshire, England. It is managed by Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The complex opened on 1 March 2004 to replace the services previously provided by Newbury and Sandleford hospitals.

The hospital is located in the Benham Hill area of Thatcham, situated just north of the A4 road. Technically, the address of the hospital is incorrect as it lies within the town boundaries of Newbury (Clay Hill Ward), but due to an oversight by the Post Office it was given a Thatcham address.
