Career
Lautoa began his career on youthside for RC Épernay Champagne and played than one year in the youth of L'Entente SSG. He turned 2004 back to his youthclub RC Épernay Champagne who earned his first professional caps and left the club after 4 years on professional side to join AFC Compiègne. On 26 April 2010 CS Sedan signed the defender from French amateur club AFC Compiègne on a three-year deal.
Position
He is a variable player and played in the Midfield or Defense.
International career
Lautoa earned in 2008 his first call-up for the New Caledonia national football team.
