Web Talent Marketing was founded by Oliver Feakins and Mike Canarelli in 2011 after a decision to combine their separate companies into one full service digital agency. Feakins was the then owner of a search marketing company called, WebTalentSEO. Canarelli owned Axis Creative Group, web development and online marketing company. After Canarelli and Feakins combined their firms Feakins became the Chief Executive Officer] and Canarelli the Chief Operating Officer. In May 2012, the company hired Matt Self as Vice President for business development. Canarelli later became the Chief Executive Officer in January 2014 as Feakins stepped back into a partner position.
