The machines are still built today in-house by WaterRower at their facility in the small coastal town of Warren in Rhode Island, USA. Machines may be sold under the name Indo-Row.

Appearance on House of Cards

The product gained popularity through its appearance on the show House of Cards, where it is regularly used by character Frank Underwood.

UK – Street Games & Clubs for Young People – in association with British Rowing, WaterRower works with these two youth organisations to promote healthy living and to bring indoor rowing to young members of communities across the UK that would not otherwise have access to the equipment.
