He is best known for authoring books on leadership, such as The 108 Skills of Natural Born Leaders and The 9 Natural Laws of Leadership. He is also the founder and president of The Leadership Group, a leadership training and organizational development firm based in Vero Beach, Florida and Chapel Hill, North Carolina
