Wandsworth Whirlwinds are a junior and academy Rugby League club based in the London Borough of Wandsworth. They form part of South London Storm's junior structure.

History
Storm Community Rugby League coach for Wandsworth, Lee McCarthy, started delivering curriculum and after schools coaching in the borough in September 2007. This work was centred on Southfields College plus Elliot and Graveney schools.
In March 2008 South London Storm formally launched their fifth satellite club, the Wandsworth Whirlwinds, at Southfields Community College.
South London Rugby League have received a great boost with the news that the office of the Third sector through its new Grassroots Grants scheme, will be supporting community Rugby League in Wandsworth for the next two years.
The Grassroots Grants programme will provide funding to continue to run and further develop after schools activity in the borough and help to promote the Wandsworth Whirlwinds Junior club.
