Ricardo Balaroso, Jr., popularly known as Wacky Kiray, is a Filipino stand up comedian. He is a mainstay of Punchline Comedy Bar and Laffline Comedy Bar. He is also an aundience jester of different Kamapilya shows which includes Gandang Gabi, Vice!. Currently, he is one of the eight celebrity performers in the show I Can Do That!.

Personal Life
Wacky Kiray was born on June 24,1978 in Pasay City, Philippines. He is the fourth of five children of Ricardo Balarosa and Elizabeth Janaban.
Stand-up Comedian
Wacky Kiray started his career as a stand-up comedian when he was discovered by the bar manager of former Raymund's Bar in Malate while he is singing as a guest of the said sing-along bar.
