"WWICS Group Of Companies". was founded in 1993 by Lt. Col. B. S. Sandhu (Retd.) and it provides service in resettlement, study abroad, education, real estate, hospitality, sports and healthcare. The global headquarter of the company is in Dubai, with associate offices at Canada-Toronto, Australia-Sydney, Middle East-Sharjah, Bahrain, Kuwait, Muscat, Qatar, Nairobi, Al Karama , Morocco and Abu Dhabi. The Asian headquarter of the company is based at Mohali, Punjab, India, along with offices at Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gurugram, Jalandhar, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Patiala, Pune , Khanna, Surat, Noida and Vadodara.

History
In 1993, the Group started its resettlement operation with offices in Chandigarh and Toronto. Its associate company, Global Placement Services (GPS) was established in the same year to provide settlement and placement solutions to the new immigrants in Canada.
In 2000, the Group forayed into the education sector with Continental Group of Institutes (CGI). The educational division was established with the view to provide skill-based education to the youth of India.
In 2002, Forest Hill Golf and Country Club was started to provide recreation and golf facility. The resort is located at Nayagaon, Punjab with 9-hole golf course.
In 2008, the group expanded its education portfolio with Continental Institute of International Studies (CIIS), Continental Institute of Engineering and Technology (CIET) and Continental College of Higher Studies (CCHS) are the three institutes under this arm.
In 2011, WWICS Estates Pvt. Ltd. was established which is into building residential complex and farms. The real estate arm completed the Imperial heights project in Mohali and the Imperial Farms and Orchards which is located at Bangalore. West End
Diagnostic Imaging (WEDI) in Toronto, Canada, is the healthcare venture from the group started in 2013. Here nuclear medicine, mammography, fluoroscopy, general radiography, and bone mineral densitometry services are provided.
