Włynkówko [vwɨnˈkufkɔ] (German: Neu Flinkow) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Słupsk, within Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Słupsk and 107 km (66 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. After World War II the area was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Germans fled or were expelled and replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.

In 2007 the village had a population of 476.
