The City is well connected with local transport from Delhi and other adjoining cities as well. Metro / Mono Rail is under planning. The said plot is three side open with wide roads and is located near to one of the upcoming commercial/entertainment hub being planned by the GNIDA Authority in the sector.
About Us Vrinda City is a project of Central and State Employees Sahakari Awas Samiti Limited (CCSESAS), which is is a co-operative Group Hosing Society registered with U.P. State Awas Vikas Parishad, Govt. of U.P. vide registration No: 3119 dated 30.4.2003.
The CCSESAS was set up with a vision to change the perspective of living from an ordinary living to a modern and healthy living by designing and developing state of the art modern housing complex for its members while keeping the prices within affordable range. Vrinda City is situated at Plot No.- GH-02, Sector-PHI-04, Greater Noida in an area of 31,824 m2 (7.86 Acres). Vrinda City boasts of adequate green area, ample parkings, and sufficient D.G sets for power backup, solid waste management, house-keeping services and needless to say effective security for members.
There are 11 Towers out of which there are 4 twin towers & 3 single towers divided into different blocks. Towers are named as A, B, C, D, E, F, I, J, K, L and H block. Block AB, CD, IJ and KL are twin tower and E, F, H are single towers. The construction of all blocks is completed except block H which is 90% completed and is likely to be completed this year before Diwali. Families are happily living in Vrinda City and there is excellent occupancy.
