Vladimir S. Kostic (born October 18, 1953) is a Serbian doctor, neurologist and neuroscientist, President of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts since 2015.

Kostic graduated from the Belgrade Medical School. He is a full professor at the Belgrade Medical School and Director of the Institute for Neurology. Between 2002 and 2004 he was Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. He is a full member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts and of other Serbian and international scientific societies.
