Vladimir Petrovich Kondrashin (Cyrillic: Владимир Петрович Кондрашин) (January 14, 1929 in Leningrad, Soviet Union (now St. Petersburg, Russia) – December 23, 1999 in Saint Petersburg, Russia) was a Russian professional basketball coach.

Club level
At the club level, Kondrashin coached Spartak Leningrad, from 1967 to 1995. With Spartak, he won the European-wide 2nd-tier level FIBA European Cup Winners' Cup, in 1973 and 1975, and the USSR League, in 1975. In 2016, the club was renamed to Kondrashin Belov, in his honor.
Soviet Union national basketball team
Kondrashin coached the senior men's Soviet Union national basketball team from 1970 to 1976. He led them to their first Summer Olympics gold medal, at the 1972 Summer Olympics, when they beat Team USA in the 1972 Summer Olympics' controversial final game, on a last second shot by Alexander Belov.
He also coached the Soviet Union to a gold medal at the 1974 FIBA World Championship, a bronze medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics, gold medals at the EuroBasket 1971 and 1970 World University Games, silver medals at the EuroBasket 1975 and 1973 World University Games, and bronze medals at the EuroBasket 1973.
