Viva PSICOM Publishing Corporation also known as Viva PSICOM, is a publishing company jointly owned by Viva Entertainment and the Gabriel family. PSICOM was founded in 1990 by Arnel Jose Gabriel as a small desktop publisher, which later evolved into publishing the first Filipino wholly owned trade newspaper, the now-defunct Philippine IT Update.

PSICOM rose to fame through the Diary ng Panget series written by HaveYouSeenThisGirL from the online writing site Wattpad, and since then, many authors have been contacted to publish their online novels into paperback format. This event has led Viva Entertainment and PSICOM Publishing Inc. to forming a new corporation named, "Viva PSICOM Publishing."

History

PSICOM Publishing Inc. was founded by Arnel Jose Gabriel in 1990 as a small desktop publisher, which later evolved into publishing the first Filipino wholly owned trade newspaper, the now-defunct Philippine IT Update.

In 2000s, PSICOM Publishing Inc. has started to publish books such as the True Philippine Ghost Stories series, Kilig Republic series, Heartbreakers series and Text Quotation books. The company has also branched out and has published a magazine called Food, Health & Science They have also been known to their anime magazine Otakuzine Anime Magazine, "Otakuasia Anime Magazine" and "Otaku Vault Anime Magazine" and since then has dedicated to the anime genre.

In 2013, PSICOM Publishing Inc. has contacted the Wattpad author HaveYouSeenThisGirL and has offered her to publish her novel Diary ng Panget on paperback format. The first volume was released in May 2013 and rose to fame, since then PSICOM Publishing has contacted different authors from Wattpad to publish online novels in paperback format. In August 2013, Viva Entertainment and PSICOM Publishing Inc. formed a new corporation and named it Viva PSICOM.

In 2015, VIVA-PSICOM Publishing has announced that they will be starting to release Japanese manga in Filipino language. The line-up was started with Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail and Isayama Hajime's Attack on Titan. Both titles will be released on June and volumes succeeding, once per month.
