History
Founded as PC Helps in 1992, the company changed its name to Vitalyst on January 15, 2014. The name change represented an expansion of the company’s overall offerings from live telephone support to also include technical and end-user adoption support for company software migrations, self-help services, customer relationship management (CRM) support and customized project support.
