Vitaliy Balashov (Ukrainian: Віталій Юрійович Балашов; born 15 January 1991, Odessa, in the Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union) is a Ukrainian football forward who plays for Isloch Minsk Raion.

Career
He is the product of the Chornomorets Odesa Youth school system and has played for the reserve squad and youth squad. Balashov was also a member of the Ukraine national under-18 football team.
In 2016, he played for Wisła Kraków in the Polish Ekstraklasa.
