Viswas Raghavan is the Head of Banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea) and Deputy CEO for the EMEA region at J.P. Morgan. He was previously global head of equity capital markets for the firm. Raghavan studied accountancy before becoming a trader in investment banking. He joined Morgan in 2000 from Lehman Brothers. Among the deals that Raghavan has worked on are the flotation of Salvatore Ferragamo of Italy and a €5bn rights issue for Porsche. Raghavan is a graduate of the University of Bombay (BSc Physics) and Aston University, Birmingham.
