Visa requirements for Singaporean citizens are administrative entry restrictions by the authorities of other states which are imposed on citizens of Singapore. As of 1 January 2017, Singaporean citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 173 countries and territories, ranking the Singaporean passport 4th in terms of travel freedom (tied with Austrian, Belgian, British, Dutch, French, Luxembourgish and Norwegian passports) according to the Henley visa restrictions index. The World Tourism Organization (WTO) also published a report on 15 January 2016, ranking the Singaporean passport first in the world (tied with Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom) in terms of travel freedom, with a mobility index of 160 (out of 215 with no visa required scored 1, visa on arrival scored 0.7, eVisa scored 0.5 and traditional visa scored 0). Arton's Passport Index 2017 ranked the Singaporean passport as 3rd in the world (tied with Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, Malta, Norway and United Kingdom) with a visa-free score of 158 countries and territories.

Besides the Singaporean passport, there are only 4 other passports that provide visa-free entry to both the People's Republic of China and the United States of America (ESTA): those of Brunei, Japan, San Marino and The Bahamas. The Singaporean passport also provides visa-free access to all ASEAN nations.
Recent changes
Requirements for Singaporean citizens to have visas were recently lifted by Kazakhstan (15 July 2015 – 31 December 2017), Suriname (January 2016), Azerbaijan (February 2016), Cuba (May 2016), Myanmar (December 2016), Belarus (February 2017) and Ukraine (effective 16 April 2017).
India made Singaporean citizens eligible for the e-Tourist Visa in November 2014 after phasing out its previous visa on arrival (VOA) policy, although VOA access for Singaporean citizens might be reinstated under a new policy in the future.

APEC Business Travel Card
Holders of an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) travelling on business do not require a visa to the following countries:
1 – up to 90 days
2 – up to 60 days
3 – up to 59 days

Automated Clearance
Singapore citizens are also eligible for automated immigration clearance at selected countries.
