Visa policy of Barbados

Visitors to Barbados must obtain a visa at one of the Barbadian diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.

6 months

Holders of passports issued by the following jurisdictions do not require a visa to visit Barbados for up to 6 months:

90 days

Holders of passports of the following jurisdictions do not require a visa to visit Barbados for up to 90 days:

1 - 3 months within 6 months, except for nationals of Ireland, Liechtenstein and United Kingdom.

30 days

Holders of passports issued by the following jurisdictions do not require a visa to visit Barbados for up to 30 days:

28 days

Holders of passports issued by the following jurisdictions do not require a visa to visit Barbados for up to 28 days:

In addition, nationals of  Somalia holding a Titre de Voyage issued by the United Kingdom do not require a visa for stays of up to 28 days.

Diplomatic, official and service passports

Holders of diplomatic or service/official passports issued to nationals of China and Haiti do not require a visa for Barbados.

Future Changes

Visa free agreement was signed with  China.

Transit

Holders of passports issued by any country can transit through Barbados for 12 hours, except for nationals of Algeria and Morocco, who must obtain a transit visa.
