Virgil Sylvester Johnson (March 4, 1909 in Minneapolis, Minnesota – September 9, 1993) was an American ice hockey player. Johnson played professionally in the National Hockey League and American Hockey Association. He played for the Chicago Black Hawks winning the Stanley Cup in 1938. He was inducted into the United States Hockey Hall of Fame in 1974.
