Shree Shamji Velji Virani Multipurpose High School, popularly known as Virani High School, is a Gujarati medium school in the city of Rajkot, in Gujarat, India.It is Grant-in-aid School.

It was established in 1946 and is managed by the Shree SV Virani High school Trust - Rajkot. It offers a choice of courses to the students, like Technical General, Commerce and Science. There are three Science labs, computer labs with LCD, AutoCAD lab and a Technical workshop. In assembly, after prayers, students read portions of books. Yoga, Suryanamaskaris and other physical activity is provided for the students. Other activities are science fairs, music, dancing, drama and field trips.

History

The school was conceptualized by Durlabhji Virani, the great donor from the Virani family. The complete name is Shree Shamji Velji Virani Vividhlakshi Vidhyalaya, Rajkot (which means Shree Shamji Velji Virani Multi-Purpose High school, Rajkot).
