Vince 'Vin' Irwin (4 February 1899 – 29 May 1959) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Essendon in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1920s.

One of Essendon's many North Melbourne recruits, Irwin started his career as a defender and was in a back pocket when Essendon won the 1923 premiership. The following season he was moved to the forward pockets and kicked 10 goals in a game against St Kilda at Windy Hill mid-season. He finished the year with 28 goals and played two further seasons, bagging 27 and 30 goals. Irwin was a four-time Victorian interstate representative.
