Vincent Farrar (birth registered January→March 1947 - 13 July 2017) birth registered in Pontefract district, was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, and coached in the 1980s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, England, and Yorkshire, and at club level for Featherstone Rovers (captain) (Heritage № 451), Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, Hull F.C. and Sheffield Eagles (captain), as a prop, hooker, or loose forward/lock, i.e. number 8 or 10, 9, or 13, during the era of contested scrums, was captain of Hull during the 1978–79 season, and 1979–80 season, and coaching at club level for Featherstone Rovers.
