Victor Mikhailovich Shkulev (Russian: Ви́ктор Миха́йлович Шкулёв; born 13 April 1958) is a Russian journalist, publisher, media manager. He is the president of Hearst Shkulev Media (ELLE, Maxim, Antenna-Telesem, Hearst Shkulev Digital).
