Venus Worldwide Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Venus Records and Tapes Pvt. Ltd.) is one of the prominent film, audio and video production houses in India founded by the Jain brothers - Ganesh Jain, Ratan Jain, Umed Jain, Ramesh Jain, Bhawar Jain, Champak Jain and Girish Jain.

Venus commenced the business of manufacturing cassettes during the early 80's under the banner of Venus Records & Tapes Mfg Co. On 23 September 1988, Venus Records & Tapes Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated as a platform to enter into entertainment business at a corporate level. Later, the company soon thereafter plunged into the other arenas of the entertainment business besides music, like film production, film distribution and presentation, overseas and satellite distribution.
With effect from 18 April 2011, the company was renamed to Venus Worldwide Entertainment Pvt. Ltd..
