Sri Lord Venkateshwara Temple is situated in Eklaspur village, which is of 4 km from Narayanpet town in Mahbubnagar district of Indian state of Telangana. This temple is situated on top of a hill where it is believed that lord venkateshwara statue is swayambho (manifested himself as statue).

This statue of lord venkateshwara is destroyed in a war. Now we can only see the feet of lord and the rest of the body is covered with a big long stone. There is a believe that lord venkateshwara used to come to the hill to have food offered by his bhaktha (laxmamma).

We can see a plate which is formed on a big stone which is believed to be the (patra) plate used by the lord to eat the food offered.
